The website operator and data controller
This website is operated by Pearl Lemon Limited, registered in England and Wales as company 10411490, with registered office at 152–160 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. For enquiries concerning this website or your professional contact information, email info@pearllemongroup.com.
This is a provisional privacy statement, not yet approved as the company’s complete production privacy notice. Specific internal retention periods, service-provider agreements, transfer safeguards and the final processing register must be confirmed before enabling a website-submitted enquiry endpoint or wider tracking.
What happens when you prepare an enquiry
At present, the default site form prepares a draft in your own email application. Filling out the draft in the browser does not by itself send a message to Pearl Lemon Limited. If you choose to press Send in your email client, you transmit the fields you include, such as your professional name, email, company, role and business enquiry. Your email provider also processes the resulting correspondence under its terms.
We use enquiries for handling the professional request, arranging a reply and—where appropriate—discussing possible service terms. Relevant potential lawful grounds include steps requested before entering into a contract and legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries, depending on the contact’s circumstances. These bases and the final record of processing require confirmation before the production contact workflow is enabled.
Please never submit confidential supplier agreements, risk or incident reports, customer information, credentials, sensitive diagrams or financial account data through the public enquiry route.
Website infrastructure and optional measurement
Website requests may be processed through Cloudflare for delivery and security. The code supports optional Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity integrations, but they are configured to load only after a visitor makes an affirmative analytics choice; a measurement ID must be configured for each service before it can run.
A planned secure form service would use EU-region storage, bot protection and a transactional email provider. It remains disabled as a direct collection route pending security, permissions, retention and privacy review. Do not rely on this provisional notice as confirmation that all intended providers have been activated.
Your rights and further information
Depending on circumstances, UK data protection rights may include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. You can raise a query through the email above and complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk if you have concerns.
The company’s final notice must identify specific retention periods or clear criteria, recipient categories, international transfer arrangements where relevant and the fully approved lawful bases for each processing purpose. Until these details are signed off, direct website lead capture and optional analytics publication remain subject to review.
