Free Operational Resilience Evidence Check

Interactive six-area resilience evidence checklist with local results and export. No automated claim of FCA compliance.

A quick evidence inventory—not a compliance certificate

This free interactive check helps identify whether six foundational resilience evidence categories have owners and records. It follows the themes of the FCA’s March 2026 observations: important services and tolerances, mapping, scenario testing, vulnerabilities, communications and governance. It is not a regulatory compliance test and it cannot establish whether your firm’s underlying decisions or scenarios are adequate.

How to use it

Choose evidenced and reviewed, documented but untested, or not evidenced / unsure for each item. The tool produces an on-screen inventory, a copyable summary and a downloadable CSV of your selected answers. Your answers stay in this browser for the duration of the interaction; the tool does not upload confidential records. No score, badge or pass/fail decision is sent to a regulator.

What a good result really means

A complete set of documents might still contain weak impact tolerances or implausibly easy tests. An issue-free score therefore cannot be used to claim that a firm meets the FCA’s requirements. The most useful follow-up is to pick a service and validate an end-to-end evidence chain with the staff and suppliers involved.

Follow-up options

You can use the copied checklist for an internal evidence review or request a scoped diagnostic. If your firm is outside the FCA’s SYSC 15A population, treat the questions as continuity good practice rather than a statement of specific legal obligations.

Frequently asked questions

Does the checklist store confidential information?

It only uses your local answers in this browser and has no document-upload function.

Is 100% a regulatory pass?

No. Evidence presence is not proof of adequacy, compliance or resilience under a real disruption.

Can smaller firms use it?

Yes as a general evidence inventory, after noting that the SYSC 15A regulatory scope may differ.
